Important Rules:
Crediting is required.
Artist watermarks must not be removed.
The artist does not take rushed orders.
Turnaround Time:
Simple Work - 1 week to 1 month.
Complex Work - 2 months to 6 months.
Updates can take up to 3~5 days depending on the artist Schedule.
Illustrations Rules:
The artist only offer 3 free revisions during the draft and line art stage.
The artist is allowed to refuse a request.
The artist can do any kind of request except for unethical fetishes and hateful content.
Commercial & Usage Rules:
The artist does not consent to the artworks being used for NFT, crypto/blockchain enterprise, and/or to feed to an AI generator.
Have rights for the artwork to be used for the profit-making purpose you chose and paid for.
Personal - means it is not to be used for earning income and can only be used for: personal page, sharing, personal merch, and etc.
Monetized - means its used for online revenue earned through: streaming, promotion, thumbnails, reels, advertising, and etc.
Merchandising - means its used for physical revenue earned through: print sales, merchandise sales, art booths, and etc.
Non Disclosure Agreement - means I as the artist will not publicly use the artwork you requested for. But for requests that only needs to be temporarily in secret, this fee is not needed.
For requests that requires you to answer if you've read my terms of service, please answer "Lucky Clover".
Payment Rules:
Prices are not negotiable.
Send half or full payment after approval of the draft.
Send full payment before the finished product is sent.
For international clients, please convert your payment to Philippine pesos.
Cancellation Rules:
Refunds are not allowed once the artist has started.
If the artist is unable to start your commission, you will get a full refund.
If you cancel your order before it starts, you will get a full refund.
